Is Salvia dangerous?

S.D. has no reported side effects. Smoking is always not that good for you're lungs. But I think, it's even better for you're lungs to smoke salvia than cigarettes.

S.D. is only dangerous, if someone doesn't inform himself. I think it's also light headed if someone takes it without a tirpsitter (a person who has an eye on you). Please also take it in a calm environment. 10 persons looking and talking to you isn't very relaxing on a psychedelic flash. Until now, is no case with a overdose or a death with S.D. reported. None of the S.D. consumers has broken there mind. The only dangerous is, that you think, a window is a stair.

Mentally disordered people and to young people shouldn't try S.D. S.D. is no plaything!

How does a Shaman use Salvia Divnorum ?

The word Salvia was coined from the Latin word “salvare” and means “healing”. The Shamens (the Curanderos) used S.D. to contact the Salvia Goddess. They viewed with her in the future or cured diseased people.

Which aktive substance is in Salvia Divinorum?

S.D. contains Salvinorin A, Salvinorin B, Salvinorin C, Salvinorin D und Salvinorin F. Salvinorin C and particularly Salvinorin A is the strongest, natural growing psychoactive substance in the world! The effect starts at some microgram of the active substance.

Salvinorin is beside the Cannabinoids (THC) on of the only psychoactive substances, which isn't an alkaloid.

 

 

What means 10x or 20x?

10x means Ten time extracted and Ten times stronger than normal leaves!

Whats a clone and how can I make it?

There are to ways to get a new plant:

1) You're Salvia blooms and gets pollinated

2) You make a clone

It gets very hard to bring a salvia blooming. Even more difficult is to find to plant blooming on the same time.

The other way, which is also Mother Nature's way, is to make a clone. A clone is a identical copy of the “original” plant. All the genes will be inherit.

What's good for the plant?

• Fertiliser is good, but not a must. I use normal fertiliser

• A high humidity is good, but also not a must. Even more important is a constant humidity.
  Don't change the humidity to fast. The plant doesn't like that…

• Keep the earth wet, but not to wet.
  The roots will rot if you keep it to wet.

How fast grows the plant?

It depends on the environment. If she has enough light and every thing is finde, then she'll grow very fast!

How can I fight against pest ?

Scale and Tetranychidae are just some insects, witch harm you're plant. I always try to kill them on a natural way. I use for ex tabaco. Just but some tabaco in to boiling water. Let the hole thing cool down and putt he tabcao-watter into a spray. You can kill almost every pest with tabcao. It's a very strong venom.

You also can use “nemoil”.

Help! My plant has some broun leafes

Cool down. As good as every plant has this from time to time. Mostly there's no problem and even scientists can't explain this phenomena.
But keep a eye on the plant, some time it could indicate wrong a environment..

 

 

Does the plant need a high humidity?

Depends on what was before. If the plant is accustomed to high humidity, then she need some time, before you can put her in to a low humidity environment.

I think, its necessary to keep the same humidity over e long time, so she hasn't got any stress to acclimate.

You can simpler acclimate her, when you use a plastic bag. Just put it over the plant and make some holes. Every day 1 little hole more until you can remove the bag (use a see-trough bag!).

Is it possible to be immune against Salvinorin A?

Ive heard of that, but in my opinion, it's not possible.

 

Can a drugtest indicate salvia divnorum?

Yes, it does. But I don't think the police will make a special-salvia test. Otherwise they'll find nothing. They mostly search for the popular drugs

 

 

Are there any other names for Salvia Divinorum?

Historical

There exist more than 700 American species of sage but only one Salvia Divinorum. (Divine sage)

At an expedition in October 1962, the Swiss scientist Albert Hofmann (picture above) and Gordan Wasson met the shaman Marina Sabina. (Picture in centre). She offered them a S.D. plant. The two scientists brought the plant to Europe . Most of the sages known today derive from this plant.

S.D. was mostly known by Aztec, Mazatec, Maya and Cuicatex Indians.

Salvia Divinorum means "Ska Pastora" in mazatec language and became „Hojas de la Pastora“ in Spanish. It means „Leaves from Maria the shepard“. Nevertheless, the Catholic Church does not know a Maria the Shepard and the Mazatecs did not know sheeps until the arrival of the Spanish emperors! It is therefore likely that the plant was brought over by somebody else after the conquest of Mexico .

The famous botanist W. Emboden discovered that in the headdress of Kimi (god of the dead of the Maya) there is a sage leaf although the sage plant has never been seen in Yucatan . Even tough it may be possible that the plant was cultivated at that time.

The mazatecs, aztecs and Cuicatex Indians did not consume this potent drung only for pleasure. Its consumption was bound to strict rules and ceremonies and only the shamans were allow to consume a psychoactive dose. The majority used S.D in small doses against rheumatism, headache and anaemia. There has never been proof that S.D. has a positive effect on theses illnesses. Nevertheless, the descendants oft the Mazatecs use Salvia Divinorum still to day for healing and prophecies.

Sadly, the Spanish Conquerers have destroyed many old chronicles, statues and other valuables, hence we do not know much about their culture. One of the very few kept documents ist the “Codex of Dresden” (see below) where you can make out sage leaf on the headdress of Kimi, the god of the dead of the Maya.

In modern times, S.D. is known as the „Businessman LSD“ because ist effect appears after only a few minutes (1-20 minutes) like a businessman's lunchbreak.

Only in the last decades the most important substancies of content were found and analysed. Therefore, further discoveries are most likely...

Who was Maria Sabina?

Maria Sabina (1896-1985) was a Mazatec shaman. She used S.D. beside other drugs (for ex. Psychoactive mushrooms aka Magi Mushrooms) for Rituals an Healing.

The explorer R. Wasson and Dr. Phil A. Hofmann met Maria and made with here Magic Mashroom session. The European explorer became a S.D. plant to take with them back to Europe .
